All headbands by Sewindipity Bowtique measure 19 inches in diameter, unstretched. This size fits most children and adults.

To get the longest life out of these headbands it is recommended that buyers hand-wash in cold water and hang-to-dry. Please avoid ironing.

Gift wrapping is available for a small donation during the time of checkout! Wrapping includes a decorative bag for each headband, as well as a cute twine bow. Want to include a message? Simply type one to your recipient, and I’ll handwrite it for you on a tag and include it with your headband!

All orders are packaged and shipped with a great deal of care and love. Your headband will come with a business card, and both will be sealed in a clear bag. Should you have multiple headbands in your order, each headband will be individually sealed in its own clear bag.

Due to recent staff restrictions, USPS may be delayed in delivering packages. Please note that Sewindipity Bowtique is completing orders within their 1-3 business day turn-around time, and cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost packages. Customers are responsible for filing a "lost package claim" through the USPS website should they believe their order is delayed.

Please be aware that USPS is experiencing shipping delays. Your order will be shipped within our processing time. Delivery and tracking information may take additional time to update, and packages could be delayed by the shipping carrier.

Due to the frequency of the changes taking place in light of the many COVID-19 variants, Sewindipity Bowtique is not responsible for any purchases from a country that does not accept the chosen form of shipping speed during the time of check out. Sewindipity Bowtique reserves the right to place accountability on the purchaser to know their country’s shipping and package-acceptance restraints from outside countries, more specifically the United States. International orders denied delivery will not be refunded.

Regardless of reason, should an order be returned to Sewindipity Bowtique, the purchaser will be issued 60% of their order’s total cost. The remaining 40% will be claimed by Sewindipity Bowtique as a “restocking fee”.
